SOQPSK-TG telemetry tx modem

Software-only transmit (tx) modem for SOQPSK-TG telemetry links, supporting CCSDS/IRIG-106 LDPC continuous-stream and self-synchronising burst-packet framing modes

Modulation compliant to SOQPSK-TG

Supports CCSDS 131.0-B AR4JA LDPC coding, rates 1/2, 2/3 and 4/5, at k=1024 and k=4096 (k=16384 is implemented and verified but operation is hardware-specific)

Verified against MATLAB reference implementations of SOQPSK-TG and AR4JA LDPC: waveform correlation 1.000000, 0.072% RMS EVM

Validated at information rates of 50 and 75 kbps on AD9631-based SDRs

Included are a set of rx applications for end-to-end testing (note these have not optimised for either sensitivity or performance and are not suitable for ground segment deployment or link-budget evaluation)

Available as a full, unrestricted licence or a trial evaluation build (tx output is limited to 1024 bytes per run)

Validated on the ADALM-PLUTO (via libiio) and the Ettus USRP family (via UHD), compiled for both x86_64 and armhf architectures on Linux
